How do I place an order?

It’s straightforward. Browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, choose your payment method, and confirm. That’s it your order is on its way.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so we cannot always guarantee changes. That said, if you need to update something, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on our website or on the carrier’s tracking page to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked method so your return arrives safely.

How long does a refund take?
